1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
30-Day Guarantee
We are confident in the effectiveness of Pittova Capsule. If you have completed the full 30-day course as directed and have not experienced any improvement, we will refund your full purchase amount — no questions asked.
To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, the product must have been used as per the recommended dosage for a continuous period of 30 days.

3. How to Request a Refund
Follow these simple steps to initiate a refund:

2. Share Your Order DetailsProvide your order ID, name, phone number, and reason for the refund request.
3. Submit Supporting Proof (if applicable)For damaged, wrong, or tampered products — share a photo or video of the product/packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Return the Product (if required)Our team will advise whether the product needs to be returned. If yes, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
5. Receive Your RefundOnce approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via your preferred method.

For COD refunds, please share your bank account details or UPI ID when contacting our support team.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share a clear photograph or video of the product and packaging as proof.
- We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
- Claims made after 48 hours for damaged/wrong products may not be accepted.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
- For COD orders cancelled after dispatch, repeated cancellations may affect future order eligibility.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
Please Note
The following situations are strictly not covered under our return or refund policy:
- Products that have been fully consumed with no remaining quantity.
- Refund requests based on medical complications arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed before purchase.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers.
- Refund requests made after 30 days of the delivery date.
8. Replacement Policy
In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a free product replacement:
- Wrong product delivered — free replacement dispatched within 2 working days.
- Product damaged in transit — replacement sent after photo verification.
- Missing items in a combo pack — missing item replaced free of charge.
