Shipping Policy

At ShriAtreyaVeda, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic products safely and on time across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Deliveries are made to residential and commercial addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery

ShriAtreyaVeda currently offers FREE delivery on all orders across India as part of our ongoing offer. No minimum order value is required to avail free shipping.

This offer is subject to change. Any applicable shipping charges (if introduced in future) will be clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call after your order is placed.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods (e.g., festivals).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method across India.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • If COD is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the order may be flagged and future orders from the same address may require prepayment.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using this ID.

7. Packaging

All ShriAtreyaVeda products are packed in tamper-proof, secure packaging to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Do not accept a package if the outer seal or packaging appears to be tampered with or damaged.
  • In case of damaged packaging, please take a photo and contact us immediately before opening the product.

8. Failed Delivery & Re-shipping

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the courier will attempt re-delivery up to 2 times.
  • After 2 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • In case of re-shipping due to customer error, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Please ensure your name, complete address, and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately.
  • We will investigate with our courier partner and provide a resolution within 3–5 working days.
  • In confirmed cases of lost shipments, we will reship the product or issue a full refund at our discretion.

10. Holidays & Delays

Shipments may be delayed during national holidays, festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.), or due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters or courier strikes. ShriAtreyaVeda is not responsible for such delays, but we will keep you informed at every step.
