4. Ordering & Payments
- Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or phone call.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- ShriAtreyaVeda reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious/fraudulent activity.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please verify your details before placing an order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across India. Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
- Free delivery is currently offered on all orders as part of our promotional offer.
- ShriAtreyaVeda is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is undelivered due to customer unavailability or wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must have been used as directed for the full 30-day course with no visible improvement.
- Opened or partially used products are eligible for refund under this policy.
- To initiate a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for refund.
